HOW TO REGISTER

Registration for 2026-2027 Winter Programs

If you have used Campminder before with us, please use the same login and do not create a duplicate! 

Scholarships are available for all team programs based on need. Scholarship application coming soon. Athletes applying for a scholarship must submit their registration and scholarship application by the early registration deadline (August 1, 2026). A $100 - $600 deposit (dependent on program) is required to apply for a scholarship. Scholarships are only available to residents of the greater Roaring Fork Valley. Post-graduate athletes are not eligible for scholarships.

PRE-DEVELOPMENT ("PRE-DEVO) TEAM (AGE 7-8; BIRTH YEAR 2018-2019)

This FUN Program is a bridge between our Aspen Supports Kids Program and our Alpine and Freestyle Programs. It teaches mountain safety and awarness with lots of all mountain skiing at all four local mountains.  Basic Freestyle fundamentals, and an introduction to Alpine racing give Pre-Devo skiers a great well rounded exposer of both Alpine and Freestyle.  Toward the end of the season, athletes will have the opportunity to participate in an Alpine Race and Freestyle competitions.

  • Schedule: December 7 – March 22.
  • Athletes will ski weekends December through March. 
    • Does not meet December 21, includes Spring Break. 28 days on snow. 
  • Athletes should be a level 7 or higher.
  • Skiers are encouraged to enter 2-3 fun-focused local competitions at no additional cost.
  • Early Sign-up Fee: $3,560. Regular Program Fee: $3,725. Additional Parent Work Deposit $230.

REFUND POLICY 

TEAM Refund Policy: 100% Refunds are permitted before the program start date (less a $100 processing fee). Once the program start date has passed, refunds are only available for documented medical reasons that result in a season-ending injury. Refunds are issued as follows: 50% Before January 1; 25% between January 1 and February 1; no refunds after February 1.

This season-ending injury refund assumes complete withdrawal from all AVSC programming, including Strength & Conditioning or athletic training services. (Devo/Weekend programs through the end of the season; Team programs through the end of July)   All refunds are subject to a $100 processing fee.
