Nordic Summer Training

Nordic summer training is designed for athletes of all ability levels. Skiers will continue to focus on fundamentals and fun. Dryland activities will be geared towards cross country skiing but are appropriate for any child wishing to increase athleticism. Activities will include trail running, core and agility, roller skiing, games (appropriate to social distancing) ski walking, rock hopping and laughing.
