REMINDER: Team Captains, please turn in your team racer lineup to Emily (ezeis@teamavsc.org) at AVSC by December 14th. Your lineup should include your team names and the names of your racers (4-5 people depending on whether you are racing).

Wednesday, December 27th

  • Optional Training - 10am-12 pm; Location: Aspen Mountain
    • Prepare yourself for the big day with optional training with David Stapleton and special guest coaches!
    • *Pros not expected for this day

Thursday, December 28th

  • Optional Training - 10am-12 pm; Location: Aspen Mountain
    • Prepare yourself for the big day with optional training!
    • * 3pm All Pros expected in Aspen
  • Pro Meeting - 3:30pm
    • **Pros only** 
    • Location at private residence. Those invited will receive an email with location and parking information.
  • Ajax Cup Pro Draw Party – Pro Draw & Team Seeding
    • Ajax Cup Team Captains, racers and Pros will kick-off this year’s Ajax Cup with the Pro Draw Party. Enjoy cocktails and Hors D’oeuvres  with your fellow racers and ski racing legends while we draw pro names out of the Gorsuch Cup to pair with each Audi Ajax Cup team.
    • Location at private residence. Those invited will receive an email with location and parking information.

Friday, December 29th

  • Ajax Cup Handicap Timing - 10:00 am -1:00 pm; Aspen Mountain, Little Nell Lift
    • Start skiing with your pro and enjoy the Handicapping Runs (required for all racers) on the race course. We ask that you use the outwear and skis that you will use on race day.
  • Pro Dinner  **Pros Only**

Saturday, December 30th – RACE DAY!

  • Race Kick Off 9:00 am-2:00 pm
    • Dual GS race – Little Nell Hill on Aspen Mountain. Breakfast and lunch will be served to each team’s individual tent. Spectator tickets are for sale here. Spectators can also tune in virtually through the live broadcast, available on http://www.teamavsc.org. 
  •  Après Party 2:00 pm -5:00 pm
    • Join us for drinks and celebration wrapping up a great day of racing and the awarding of the famed Gorsuch Cup to the 2023 Audi Ajax Cup winning team!
