PARENT WORK DEPOSITS

Parent Work Deposits (PWD) are part of all Team programs and must be paid at the time of registration. Parents who work off their PWD are reimbursed up to 100% of the deposit at a rate of $30/hour. All hours will be tracked by the AVSC Office Manager. Reimbursements for the following season program fees will be applied to athletes’ Campminder accounts on August 1st, 2023.

DEPOSITS

If you are experiencing financial hardship and plan to apply for a scholarship but cannot afford the deposit, please reach out to scholarships@teamavsc.org.

PAYMENT PLANS

PARTICIPATION

AVSC reserves the right to dismiss, suspend or expel athletes who do not follow the AVSC athlete code of conduct, who cause disruptions, or who create an atmosphere that is not conducive to learning. Program fees will not be refunded, and any outstanding payments will be the responsibility of the family. AVSC also reserves the right to deny an athlete the ability to participate in a particular program if they do not have the technical, physical or emotional skills to participate. In these cases AVSC will make every attempt to find the athletes an appropriate program. If this is not possible program fees will be returned in full.

COVID-19

Our programs have been designed with safety in mind. AVSC will follow all state, local, and Aspen Skiing Company guidelines regarding COVID-19 to ensure a safe and fun experience for all athletes, staff, and parents. Families should monitor the health of their athletes and avoid group activity if sick in any way; please see AVSC's COVID-19 Training Guidlelines for more information.
