- If you are not able to attend all days of the camp you must notify a coach and get permission to miss days. This camp is designed as a progression therefore it is very important that the athletes attend it in its entirety.
- All athletes are required to have the correct equipment that fits them and is adequate for skiing at fast speeds.
- Bindings must fit the athlete's boots and be set on the appropriate din for their weight. Please take the time to check their setup before the first day of speed camp.
- Skis must be tuned and waxed. Please make sure your skis are not too small and that you feel comfortable going fast on them.
- Helmets are mandatory. If you have a face guard on for Slalom please remove it prior to camp.
- Please remind all athletes that in the event of a crash if they are not hurt they need to get out of the way as quickly as possible. Also they are not allowed to hike in speed events.
- We will have yellow flags spread out on the hill. Those flags are used to signal to an athlete running the course that the course is not clear below them. In the event of a yellow flag please remind the athletes that they need to stop as quickly and safely as possible.
- Athletes are not allowed to run the course until told so by a coach.

Video: We will have a video station set up at the bottom of Tiehack in the warming hut.
